The population of Seoul is aging. With little leisure and sometime scarce income, the elderly working class needs a renewal of the public space, better, freely accessible places of joy and social belonging.
The pavilion is made of large roof that shelters a glazed café-theatre who extends in the park through a covered terrace.
The opening party was wild, the audience was singing along, clapping and dancing.
